HL-1900 series electronic bar tacking sewing machine is suitable for senior the hem of a garment, bag, trademarks, non-woven handbag handle reinforced seam, jeans, knitted clothing,womens underwear and others bar tacking sewing. The machine equipped with a mini type energy saving servo motor, the power consumption by 50% compared with the tradional model. 

Characteristics:

1. Adopts advanced direct drive servo motor make the seaming efficiently and stable. Electronic box adopt full closed device to avoid oil and dust go into the electronic box and with good thermal function. Outfit small energy saving servo motor saving 50% energy compared with the traditional model.

2. Feeding device adopts two high quality pulse motor. exactly configuration, code device monitor  anytime and with high precision controlling and automatic operation.

3. Adopts auto trimmer and bottom thread function. Perfect auto trimmer and clipping thread, in  order to make the same quality, saving the cutting time, improve the efficiency of the seaming.

4. Providing more than 50 standard bar-tacking sample like half moon bar-tacking, round bar-tacking and chrysanthemum type button holing in x and y 20% to 200% zoom. The machine will stop  when the needle broken to avoid damage the material.

5.With the seaming area from 30mm*40mm, it can change the design according to the requirements of the company and the design can be sent by SD card.
