HL-1850 High Speed Single Needle Bar Tacking Sewing Machine 
It is suitable for various kinds of clothing such as suits, jeans and work clothes, also it is applicable to tacking (for end) eyelet buttonhole tacking. It can adjust the lenght and tack width easily, automatic thread trimmer, automatic presser foot lifting, concentrated lubricating.
1. Various kinds of bar tacking patterns available within the scope of  30* 40mm with Pattern edit software, patterns extendable.

New model of pulse motor press foot lifting structure reduce the time required for setting with press foot lifting structure which could be shifted from one way to two ways and make the needle point easier to judge. The new needle trimming structure gets rid of the procedure of pickup of the thread length of 1.5-3mm, and the noise produced by the strike the cam and electromagnet, reduce operators fatigue
3. Strong power of penetration equipped with enhanced 550W servo-motor with strong power of penetration even in low speed, easy for heavy materials sewing. Realize low tension sewing in wild range.
4. Equipped with high speed pulse feeding device and pickup device of best synchronization and route to ensure low tension and consist sewing stitch. Enlarged scope of thread pressing device enables the wild sewing work of thin knit materials.
